I was stuck between GAH DAMN, and Seriously? smh. That coulda been a chick in there. Either way, that’s a bad day at work.

Back Tomorrow

Waited till 4am to hit gym so we could have clear benches, nothings worse than a crowded gym on chest day. Goal is to rep 225lbs 20x in 90ds. I’m closer than I thought, this morning hit 11 reps unassisted. Weighed in at 167 and some change with clothes on so I’m about 165lbs. I’ll max again after goal but last max on record was 275.

On to the fun with back tomorrow. Every back day we say we’ll go light on dead lift yet we always go heavy. Last back hit a new personal goal with a 2 rep  365lb max dead lift. It’s nice to see progress. I’m just glad I’m not 130lbs anymore.
